I've been meaning to read the report for a few days now, and this will spur me to do it today. <br /><br />It's heartening to hear your sentiment regarding having conversations with teachers and their outlook on changing methodologies. One of the biggest battles I feel we face as administrators and change agents is that mentality of "if it was good enough for me.." from both teachers and the community at large.
