You have to look at the sa...I agree with your post. You have to look at the safety of students and staff before looking at the way they were threatened. Students seem to think they can hide behind social media and therefore cyber-bullying still occurs. We have a gr.6 program that has the police come in to our schools to talk about appropriate and inappropriate use of Facebook and the students find it hard to believe they can be charged or held responsible if they are off school property when the behaviour occurred. Not only do the students need to learn the technology of the 21st century but the soft skills(such as etiquette) that go with it.V. Careynoreply@blogger.com
